In Tucson, Flowers are rated #1 for Valentine's Day Gifts

You absolutely can't go wrong by deciding to give the special girl in your life Valentine's Day flowers. If you're thinking that flowers are played out and won't be appreciated, just look at the past 300 years and you'll see flowers are the most widely gifted Valentines Day Gift ever. Here where I live in Tucson, flowers are loved, but hard to find. It's desert after all, and the only flowers we have here are cactus flowers and maybe a few scraggly wildflowers that don't bloom very often. The internet is definitely the best place to choose from hundreds of beautiful bouquets and arrangements, from roses to lillies to orchids and more.

If you consider the history of Valentine's Day, you'll find some popular alternatives to flowers, but nothing you haven't thought of...A curious historical fact is that in Denmark, instead of giving roses, people gift white flowers called snowdrops that have been pressed and are not fresh. Strange, huh? Like drinking warm beer in England. In the USA, roses have been the top flower for hundreds of years, especially red and pink ones - the favorites of lovers everywhere. Instead of being 100% in line with tradition, what about choosing different color roses like white or mixed colors? How about other types of flowers that are just as beautiful, like orchids, iris, tulips, lillies, etc? There's many different flowers that make bouquets that you can find online, especially if you live in Tucson. Flowers here are dead from the sun most of the time anyway.Tucson flowers won't cut it for Valentines day, so I suggest you shop online at the link below. Read More>>
